Terms and Conditions

Provisional bookings will be held for a 7 day period only. If a deposit has not been received within the provisional period the booking is automatically cancelled. All deposits are non-refundable.

With all bookings you are advised to take out insurance to cover the cancellation of your event.

When your deposit payment has been received, written confirmation of your booking plus an invoice for the outstanding amount will be sent by post.

Full balance must be received 14 days prior to your event date.

Smoking or eating is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

Alcohol is only permitted in our vehicles when it has been supplied by the company.

We reserve the right to substitute an alternative vehicle in the unlikely event of a breakdown of the car booked. Every endeavour is made to arrive on time unless there are circumstances beyond our control. An additional £50.00 fee will be charged if there are any unfortunate mishaps/accidents that will require the vehicle to be valleted.
